At your first visit,
our caring kidney team will interview you for your detailed medical history and perform a physician examination. This is the first step in order to determine the nature of your kidney problem. You will also be asked to bring your medication list and all your medications, in their original bottles.
Appropriate blood tests will be obtained at the lab before your visit, and we will examine your urine in our office. Most if these results return to our office on the same day, though some take one to two weeks. In addition to blood tests, we may also arrange for radiologic imaging of your kidneys.
We will discuss your test results, your diagnosis and treatment recommendations, and take time to thoroughly answer your questions.
Your next Appointment:
Will be scheduled based on the results of your initial consultation.
